Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made on HireproIn (hireproin.com), including employer subscription plans and any paid features on our talent discovery platform. By making a payment on our platform, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Employer Subscription Plans
Employers that purchase a subscription plan on HireproIn are entitled to a full refund within 48 hours of payment, provided that no candidate contacts, assessments, or paid features have been accessed or used under that subscription. If subscription features have been used — including but not limited to viewing verified candidate profiles, sending connection requests, or accessing employer-created assessment tools — the subscription fee becomes non-refundable, as the underlying service is considered to have been delivered. We may, at our discretion, convert unused quota or remaining subscription days into a pro-rated credit toward the employer's next renewal where partial use has occurred.
2. Employer-Created Assessments
Where an employer creates and publishes a custom assessment for candidates, any associated paid features are non-refundable once the assessment has been shared with or attempted by at least one candidate. If the assessment was created but not yet shared with any candidate, a refund request may be considered within 7 days of payment. Where a verified technical fault on HireproIn's end prevents an assessment from running as intended, we will provide either a full refund or a free assessment credit, at our sole discretion.
3. General Terms
Where a refund is approved under this policy, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Refunds will not be issued simply because a user has changed their mind after a service has already been delivered in accordance with the terms above. All refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the original transaction date in order to be considered. To request a refund, please reach out to us through the support chatbot or write to us directly at connect@growproin.com, quoting your payment reference or order identification number. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through standard support channels, it will be escalated to our support team for manual review and resolution. HireproIn reserves the right to assess any refund request that is not explicitly covered by the scenarios described above on its own merits, and to make a final determination at its sole discretion.
